Thinking of a newer car

Hi there, I am thinking of getting a newer car, and come across what I think is a good offer.
Its a 2002 Fiat Stilo 1.9JTD Dynamique, 45K miles on the clock and full Fiat service history for less than £4K.

Has anybody driven one of these before, anyone have any comments about these good or bad, or is it just a waste of time.

feel free to respond.

I always read the owner reviews on Parkers, usually very helpful. It also has a used car valuing tool.

How much less than £4K are we talking? If it's £2K less than £4K then consider it... otherwise just keep reminding yourself that it's a Fiat Stilo.
