Recruitment agency mail list violation

Hi,

Had an email from a recruitment agency yesterday. My email address was in the cc list along with a few hundred others.

I want to make a complaint as this violates the DPA by making my email address publicly available.

I've tried contacting the company but they don't want to know. Who should I contact next? The local trading standards nearest their office?

Cheers

Lee

Thats terrible, good luck - im not sure who you could complain too thought - traiding standards might be a place to start, at least they could put you on track.
