Well in Derry , it has been rainin gduring the morning, but gradually getting warmer as the day goes in and by home time it is quite warm, not bad when your working all day.

We had about 30 seconds of rain yesterday evening preceded by a couple of thunderbolts, the sirens from the emergency service vehicles seemed to go on for about an hour after, as of yet I don't know what was hit.

It'll rain soon enough and then you'll get floods or power cuts and you'll be moaning about that.
Only a few more shopping months before Xmas - think of all that lovely freezing rain etc.

As WWS says .. there's no pleasing some  all winter you wish for some sun, then now when it arrives you can't take it !!
What is it with the British, two snow flakes and we grind to a halt, 50mph wind and it's a national disaster, more than 2mm of rain and OMG we're flooded, less than 50m visibility and we all crash into one another, 2deg above 70 F and its a grade 3 heat wave and the roads melt !!!
