1970's Fake Brick Panels ?
Ok... Anyone here remember the FAKE 1970's Brick Wall Panels?
I am looking for a UK seller (new panels not the 1970's original). But not 1 UK seller. I've trawled eBay, Google & other DIY stores.
Basically I want a Brick wall inside (my Study Wall) but I dont want Real brick (cold & hard).... So I thought of this Plastic sheet thats moulded like Bricks..
I've seen:
http://www.everlock.com/Brick.htm
http://www.thefauxfactory.com/id4.html
It looks like some use it as Caravan Skirts, but not seen any online.... MDF with Brick Effect or Plastic will be great, no wall paper or real bricks (or the brick face that you can buy)
Cheers

You could try this one.
http://www.wallsandfloors.uk.com/index.php
I had saved that one in my favs a few months ago. I have not had another look since but I'm pretty sure they sold them when I was looking.
I think ukplus.com came up with a few UK suppliers, I only wanted something for a temporary period but they were a bit expensive for that.

Or if you really don't get anywhere, get a digital camera and take a picture of a brick wall and then get it printed out in big A3 sheets to pin up to your wall.

Why not? It is the easiest stuff to get off if you hang it properly. I would have thought attaching a panel to the wall would do more damage. Alternatively make a large frame that fits the wall and staple the paper top and bottom then fit the frame in to the wall.

I did find another company when I was looking, but they were very expensive. I think they were made from real brick, and I have a vague memory that they were down in Devon.
Sorry I couldn't be more help, I didn't have a lot of success myself when looking.

I hope you're not planning on selling your house.
