There's a statue in saudi on a roundabout which says Allah in really tall thin writting, problem is, it looks like donkey's ears, and that's what most westerners refer to it as...

It always strikes me how wimpish these messages from god - Muslim, Christian, you name it - are. I mean fishes, pieces of toast, fruit! Now, if it was flaming letters spread across the sky, then I would be impressed.

It always reminds me of Anatole France's comment at Lourdes when shown all the crutches of people who had allegedly been miraculously cured, "Yes, but where are all the wooden legs?"
