Postherpetic neuralgia mostly fyi Gaz...although I've seen it used for topical arthritis pain relief.

Thanks - article I just read also mentioned psoriasis & post mastectomy, as well as shingles - blocks the action of 'substance P' & hence stops the nerve transmission, .... apparently
