I haven't used either, so I could be wrong, but my first instinct was that they seem liked scams.

You never know till you've tried them do you? It looks good to me but like you say they could be scams. Dropshipping is becoming the norm nowdays, I bought something from a dropshipper a few months ago, it took a few days longer but the goods came in the end.
