Hi this might sound more dodgy then it really is!!! I jsut want to confirm my neighbours sir name. Is there any search online i can use?

I don't think so but you can check the register of electors at your local library or district council offices.

I think you get free searches when you register, or you can earn them by doing surveys.
Just search yourself and it gives you a list of your neighbours names too.
