I took a call earlier this afternoon from someone saying they were from NTL asking for my partner who wasnt in at the time...they left a message asking to get her to call.
She called as soon as she got back in buy CS didnt have a clue what it was about.
The original Caller ID was 0121 6982500.
On trying to call this we got an automated message saying this number is no longer in use and if we were trying to contact NTL Europe to call 0870 9030930.
We don't want to call an 0870 number without having a clue what it may be about. Our account is upto date and no unusually high call usage which is what CS say are the usual reasons for outbound calls.
Anyone any idea what department these numbers belong to?
