O2, can't find the answers

hello,

I have been getting a few calls recently, from private numbers, and I am expecting a call from a prospective new employer.

I have missed a few calls so I get messages from O2 saying that I have an answerphone message, so I contact that.

I had a 4 min long message which had nothing on it, as if a machine had tried to phone me. but how can I cancel this message then go onto the rest, as I have got 4 saved, apparently.?

the set up on O2 is not as good as oranges.

also I was trying to find a register part of the O2 site, but I can't for the life of me find it, but I can find the log in page/links easily enough.

Re: O2, can't find the answers

Ive had this problem, and the caller hasnt left any messages. Just hope it doesnt have ober the coming weeks as the companies ive applied to for part time work, are going to need to contact me. I just find it really childish, and its like they've nothing better to do with their time.

Re: O2, can't find the answers

2 deletes a message, i just delete any silent messages, 3 saves them and skips on to the next.

I don't know about your handset but on my O2 XDA II it's button 3 to delete message.

Am I missing your point here mate, surely all you want / need to do is delete the 4 mins of silence and then move to the next message, sorry if I'm being a bit

EDIT:- if its a PAYG mobile then this is the register link

EDIT EDIT :- this looks like the contract register section...again, HTH

Re: O2, can't find the answers

no you did not miss the point, all I wanted to do was delete the message, I could not find the info, so I was forced to listen to 4 mins of silence.

I don't know what handset you've got, as I said, but mine I can delete a message at any point, don't know if the same can be said for yours.

Did you get sorted out

^^^ What he said....

You don't have to wait to the end of the message - you can delete it at any point by pressing the correct delete function that the provider has set - on my Orange phones it's option 3...
