O2 via Carphone Warehouse

Hello,

Anybody have an O2 contract via Carphone Warehouse?

Have you had your December bill yet?

Have you had any mins / txts added / removed over the last 2 weeks or so?

Cheers,

Lee

Yep, I've just checked again and I still have 200 txt's even though I've sent 40... and my minuets are up the wall... had 200 min's last night, even though I've used 60m of them... now after checking, I only have 100! I'll be on the phone to them tomorrow! I'm into the 4th month of my contract, they have been great up until now, but it might be because of my extra minutes dropping cos of my 3 month of double minutes ending? but why do I still have 200 txt's? they should have dropped too.

Re: O2 via Carphone Warehouse

Right - this is getting stupid - the GF is going ballastic over her O2 / CPW bill - i.e. txt's are at say 250 on day and then 25 the next and sh'es been told the bill is currently £140ish - it's NEVER that high -it's out by about £60.

We are getting nowhere with O2 online billing and if she goes into CPW shop she's going to lose it big time!

Does anybody here know a decent contact number for O2 / CPW that we can talk to to resolve this issues created by these idots?

She has also been told the billing systems have some "issues" at the moment (no $h!t Sherlock!) and it might take "48 hours" to clear - that was a few days ago.

We are fed up with the continued "scripted" responses!

HELP!!!
