This may be complete rubbish I realy dont know as I have
never tried to write any poetry before. I would appreciate
any coments. I have writen this for Gemma. Those of you who
know me will know why I have done this.
P.S. Sorry if its a bit slushy
For most of my life there was a big empty space
My heart and my soul had not a thing to embrace
The darkness I feared would not leave my space
I thought I had found the person I wanted
I release now that I was not wanted
Then one day someone special came into my life
I could see that my life would be freed from the strife
This person you see was real special to me
Her smile and her heart are so precious you see
She never thinks of herself only of others
With this person come three precious jewels
The jewels that make my heart complete
For a family to love is the one thing I yearn
I only hope their love I can truly earn
Sammie with her smile so sweet
Damien with his cheeky repeats
Andrew with his mind so complete
I love them all with heart so much I can’t speak
So now I have my new family
A group of people that make me complete
A place to go where I know I am wanted
To walk in the door and be welcomed
With open hearts and not just something prompted
I only hope that I can be as loving as they are to me
For my family and children are real important you see
Now I have what I have always wanted
My life is complete and now I am solid
So thank you my family for letting me in
I promise my heart to you and in that I am solid
I will always be there through the good and the bad
To wipe the tears and protect you from bad
I love you so much words cannot describe
The feelings of love that I have inside
I will never go or leave your side
For you have me forever because you are my pride
To love you forever is my solemn vow
Thank you making me so very proud !!
