Lifetime's Motto
On the radio today they were discussing lifetime mottos.
One of the presenters said that her motto was formed from a flight she took a few years ago where you could place something on your head (cap maybe?) saying "Wake me up for meals" so that you could sleep on the flight but not wake up hungry after it.
She said that she had adopted this as her "lifetime motto"....
I thought it was rather charming
What's yours?

May not be 'correct' latin (not being a scholar of latin I had to resort to 'translation by dictionary') but it reflects my own outlook on the future as I expressed it from a very early age: 'It'll be allright, I'll be allright' (rough translation - the original was not in English )
I also like
Quote:
God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.

Loads - the one which springs to mind right now is "The show must go on".

Re: Lifetime's Motto
This athiest uses the Christian one of "Do unto others as you would be done by."
