Do you drink too much !
this will tell you if you drink to much alcohol a week  may even help you cut back a bit.

5 beers 5.0% (per bottle)
1 mini wine bottle 13 %
1 full bottle of rose wine 12.5%

Don't drink apart from Christmas/New Year and the odd Birthday! Generally I'm driving so don't touch it.
