Calming spray
I have heard you can get a spray that you spray on your tongue and it helps people with the nerves you get before exams, the dentist etc. Does any one know what it is called?

Get some lavendar spray and spray on your clothes/bed/hankie etc... This is very calming

Olbas Oil is soothing at times too and also anything with thyme or lavender as Orange said.
