What have you got in writing?What actual proof has anyone got.Whose name is on the mortgage documents.Who has been paying the mortgage?Who has been paying the house and contents insurance?

You need to get all this together and go and see a solicitor.WE cannot help you because we don't have the expertise that a solicitor even if we all combine together and as far as I know none of us has any legal knowledge that can help.

having seen a few things like this in probate as execetor my advice is as above go see a solicitor with all the information you have on what you have paid including renovating decorating up keep etc and what you know of what the others put into it and let them help you
