Excellent Courier Service
I ordered some bits from Scan Computers last week with standard next day delivery, £3.99
Scan use DPD Couriers. All went according to plan with the usual E-Mails keeping you up to date, Order Received, Card processed, Goods Packed, Goods Collected by Courier etc.. What was really good was receiving an E-Mail at 6.30am next morning giving me a one hour delivery slot.
I hate having to normally wait in all day afraid to go for a pee cause you can bet by the time you have washed your hands and got to the front door the courier will be screaming into the distance. Having a one hour slot is brilliant and yes, the courier arrived about fifteen minutes into the slot.

used scan for years. they really are excellent. never ever had an issue with them, the products from them or the delivery. I also reallly like the text they send giving you the delivery window time - it's always bang on the start time. impressive.

£3.99 for a next-day delivery matching this, and you text them back to change the date if it's not convenient.

Having used APC and Yodel (HDNL before DHL took it over) with our warehouses at work, APC have been superb.

I suspect 99% of the time all goes to plan and service is great, but if things don't go to schedule, there will be upset.
