the difference between...
I was asked by my sister in law what the difference is between a turkey crown and a turkey breast joint is.
I have no idea - I always buy a proper bird (fnar!) - so have no idea of the difference or the merits of the joint/crown

Re: the difference between...
I thought a crown was just a turkey with no wings or legs, whereas a breast joint was just the breast meat, no bones or carcus

though I see ads for boneless crowns....
are breast joints reconstituted meat? i.e. is it just one breast, or one big breast made from lots of other bits of breast

Boneless turkey...
As if turkey isn't dry enough when cooked on the bone. Boring chicken on steroids. Can't stand the stuff.

Not for me, it ain't
Rabbit would be traditional. We're just having a five course meal in a posh restaurant this year (no rabbit involved).

Will you be able to get to the fifth course as a 2 course meal is usually enough for me.

No. It's a posh restaurant (and that answers both questions).
