Tenancy on Managed service
Im renting a property out on a managed service with a letting agent, but the thing is they take quite a bit of money so now im thinking of canceling this as the contract is coming to an end next month.
How hard is it to be a landlord? i know the basics like gas certificates and those sorts of things, but what other things should i take into account?
