EEA Family Permit

Hi there i wanted to find out, i have an interview next week for apply for the EEA family permit and the problem i am having is that i have applied for a new passport and it´s coming next month and the current is expire next month too. so i am think to go and do the interview. will they let me or not.
Need help please

Got one agency in the uk says they can help but have to pay 1400 pounds and they say it will work out. i will have to do will be to travel with two passport.
