It also means that those of us who dont sleep too well have an hours less sleep. I woke at 5am (old time) only to realise when I ambled downstairs it was only 4am

My problem is that l put the clock back in the bedroom before l left for hospital yesterday because l thought well one down 3 clocks to go and l will do them later trouble is l forgot to do them later as l was tired.

Thankfully, nearly everything in my house that has a clock has one that automatically sets itself.
Just the kitchen clock downstairs to set..
Oddly, my watch, which normally checks the Rugby Time Signal overnight failed to do so last night, so it was wrong. Meant I had to force a manual check.

the MSF signal changed from Rugby to Anthorn in 2007 if I recall correctly.
I have to put my radio controlled watch in the window to get a strong enough signal.
