Ideas for birthday present for 7 year old girl

I need to buy a birthday present for my daughter who will be 7. She loves art and loves baking with me too, but her room is full of art related stuff and she doesnt need anymore paints or colouring pens etc. She doesn't want any new clothes either. Any suggestions? I was going to get her a kids sewing machine but my sister in law has stolen my idea!

We also have an abundance of cooking/baking stuff in the house.

I've recently bought her her first big bike, she already uses our laptop, she has lots of toys, and lots of clothes. Any oriiginal ideas will be much aprreciated. I was thinking a proper digi cam but even then she mainly uses my wife's phone.

Any ideas?

I have a Sister who was just 8 and I am absolutely useless when it comes to buying presents for kids especially of the opposite sex, since she was 3 I have always bought her a gift voucher for Toys R Us, while not all that exciting on its own, it has the added excitement of the kid then being able to go and choose a toy out which extends the time the gift takes to wear off a bit.

I always get a thankyou note from her telling me what she has bought which often the name of means naff all to me but at least she's happy

And for the last 2 or 3 years she has written the card herself, her writing is amazing, how is it that girls excel in stuff like that over boys?

Anyway, hope it gives you an idea

I was looking at things like that too so nice to see a recommendation for it. She's actually gone off pink now lol!

If she likes baking then buy a load of ingredients, icing and decorations so for one of her gifts she can bake and decorate her own cake. It'll then be something special for her and you can film the whole process.

Yeh but she can't throw her sister on the floor when she gets bored of her.
