anyone seen that commercial where there's 4 "injury claim lawyers" walking down a load of steps telling you to claim if you've had an accident that wasn't your fault. and when she's talking she trips up on the step?

that was a good example of how stupid all of it is. would she be able to sue anybody for her own stupidity and not watching where she's going?

but that's what most of the claims are made for. peoples own stupidity and not watching where they're going.
