Selling on ebay, advice please

I'm wanting to sell the two items of clothing in the link below.

The first is a cape and the logo says "Misiamar" Size is medium.

The second is a cape/poncho, is Suede and the logo says "Rebus". Size isn't indicated but i'd say its's a large.

I don't know how to describe these on ebay, or what minimum price to ask.

Any ideas anyone. Thanks.

Re: Selling on ebay, advice please

The best thing to do is just describe them the best you can and then say please feel free to contact me in regards to any questions about the items.
Also with the price it is up to you what you set it as a starting price?

Wow do you live in the house that Jack built, ha ha. those door frames look like I did the carpentry .

Re Ebay, just describe as best you can, and be honest about any defect's etc.

Oh and I would'nt accept bids off anyone with less than 10 feedback

Re: Price, you can either set a reserve or risk starting off at 99p it's up to you.

And send by recorded mail as a minimum and whilst paypay will take fees it protects you as my son is currently having to pursue the Royal Mail an Ebay sale that failed to make it to the buyer, albeit used paypal but only got got cert of posting which is not enough to claim back from paypal any lost item.

That's because it's a 70 quid a week housing association property!!

As to the advice, thanks to all. I have sold on ebay many times before, so know the deal with posting and stuff. But all my previous sales have been radio equipment or computer related. Never sold clothes so didnn't/haven't got a clue.

No experience with selling clothes either but my first thought was to include some basic dimensions in the description. Perhaps shoulder width, sleeve length or overall length collar to hem?

The photos on the door are quite a good idea also, as they give a sort of scale to the items and help you judge the sizes.
