Rota Creation Software

Hi,

Does anybody know of any software that can create shifts / rotas?

I've had a quick search and found some but here's the gotcha:

Need the software to:

Add names of staff...
Add shifts they are available for...
Add shifts they are not available for...
Add days off that they would like...

And then create the rota around those...

Any ideas??
