Broody Hen?

Hey guys, the sunday just gone i got a new hen, my other two didn't like it lol, but they are getting used to her now. However my Bluebelle hen refuses to come off of the nest. I can lift her off without a fight, but she just goes back on to it, and shes making a funny noise as if she has hatched an egg and is protecting the young, but we havent got any hatching eggs so she wont be able to. I just need someone to confirm that this is broodiness and not something more serious. If it is broodiness Im going to purchase those plastic eggs you can buy at pets at home.

probably is broodyness, none of mine have ever done that though.

i wouldnt put plastic eggs in place, just remove any eggs they lay and she will soon get over it.
