Housing advise Needed

Hi there im new to this but desperate for advise as feeling like im stuch in a big rut. Here goes..........
Im Currently a single mom whom works full time.I rent my house off my father.I pay £610 per month. My father has given me a section 21 as he has to sell the house due to his own personal commitments. The house is on the market had several viewings no offers had been put in.The owner of the property that my father is buying has now decided to take my house in part exchange.I have been to the council several time they advised me i needed to make a homeless application which i done and i was turned down due to not being homeless within 21 days of making the application. They then contacted me the day after to tell me about a new scheme called the rent deposit which basically is they pay deposit on private rent, the offered me a house in the area im currently in for £630pm i declined as i can hardly afford what im paying now. They then said it will be marked on my file .Now recentley i lost my nan and 3 days later my partner had a massive heart attack so at the mo im off work sick as i am caring for my partner andtrying to come to terms with the loss of my nan.I contacted the council to ask when when i can reapply for homelessness they said when my father has taken out a court order against me.......What father whould do that against there daughter and grand daughters.I really dont know where to turn or what my rights are im really stressed out about this this does any one out there had a clue the completion date is the 29th August oh which is a day before my milestone birthday.Any info will be greatly recieved

Re: Housing advise Needed

Find a rental house you can afford, ask the council for a rent deposit, move.

Find out if you qualify for Council Tax Benefit and Rent Allowance (there is a limit on Rent Allowance depending on your area and circumstances).

You could also consider contacting the Citizens Advise Bureau

http://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/getadvice.htm

Or at least having a look at the benefits advise on their website

http://www.adviceguide.org.uk/index/...me_support.htm
