Some bins in our local have warning signs in Romanian that the internal flap will prevent thieves from getting out again.

So smaller kids have been used instead by the gangs, all watched on CCTV.

What an idiot. All of that time and effort from the emergency services wasted on this.

I hope he gets heavily fined and made to do community service.
