Music suggestions for walking to
I've recently joined Weight Watchers online and I can offset activity points for food :-)
I've lost 6lbs in four weeks and my BP is dropping as well, so I'm well pleased.
I now need some good brisk walking songs, so I can put my foot down with the beat.
This one isn't a favourite of mine but the beat is good - Two Times by Ann Lee.
I've got loads of music but my mind has gone blank (probably through lack of chocolate) - any help out there please.
I've also bought an exercise bike - and ache!

'These boots were made for walking' but it tends to make you walk a bit funny.

What's your pace? Around 6mph? Do you want jiggly, stomping or soothing?

Caff - no idea what my pace is - I suppose it's quite quick as I need a fast beat to step to.
Halcyon - I only like one Royksopp tune and that's So Easy. It's quite a mellow song, but I could probably do a moderate walk to it.

Richard - thanks but oh no :-)
Caff - I'll give most music a go. Not Heavy Metal or Rap though.

Well - when I was searching through my music, a while ago, for a soft jogging pace I came up with a lot of Bowie and Abba???! (And that's a secret, mind ) Something a bit more pounding might go down well though Depends how fast you want your pace to be

Re: Music suggestions for walking to
Completely off-topic but, the 70's list was a wonderful memory jog
What about something that trolls along but you change your pace to? Like Madcon - Beggin? Or did you want a quiet drift? Will you be on the road? down a lane? in the gym? conservatory?

Hey, I know this doesn't answer your question as such just wondering though really how much have ya spent on the food per week? Do you have to stick solely to the Weight Watchers meals?
and for your question I'd say something with a beat maybe Madonna, Rhiannah, anything that basically something with a good beat to keep your energy going, works in the gym, btw good luck!
