Thats' a bit weird. It makes me feel uncomfortable.
I don't know how to CPR a dog on it's side- but it seems he did well.
Why was it so well-captured?

I just think that someone had a cam corder handy, the look on the dogs face, e was well out of it, fair play to the guy.
