On a recent visit to A&E I also noticed they now have extra-wide wheelchair trolleys for very obese people.

We used to be able to point and laugh at America for all the lardy people you would see waddling about in the background of their TV shows, but now it's very much a home-grown problem. I notice they didn't major on the cost of this fatbulance, but I bet it costs a fortune to kit it out specially.

That's a bit harsh, I was expecting at least to see a picture of a low loader

Plus, the size of the crane! I have removed engines from cars with cranes much flimsier that that!
