I thought it was last week so I had had most of the my stuff with the time changed. Just left them alone as it was only another week to go and just couldn't be bothered to change them back for the sake of a week. Had some people confused with the different hour

What time do they actually go back though? Is it 1am because my iphone is set to 'auto GMT settings' and still showing 00.37am

I was told "Spring Forward, Fall Back"
Always the last Sunday of March (forward) & October (back).
