Cash Generator
Have any of you used cash generator to sell stuff? I've a couple of things that are a bit weighty to flog on fleabay and I was wondering if it was worth giving them a try.

Gumtree gets my vote, Cash Generator are rip-offs (and if you sell games consoles and games then steer clear of Game and Gamestation).

When you say weighty for ebay why not either do cash on collection or there are courier services (like parcel2go) that do upto 20/25kg for less than a tenner with collection from your place (remember the other person pays postage)

Thanks for the suggestions. I might try the ebay with parcel2go option and give the option of picking up locally. It's a free listing weekend on ebay so that sways it for now.

I second that, I was offered peanuts for my elite 360 against a new xbox slim, I think they offered £60 so I didn't bother.
The reason they said is because they were inundated with pre-owned consoles that they needed to shift.
Word to the wise, never buy a pre-owned console, the majority have been badly repaired just prior to trade in 
Oh and if anybody wants to buy a mint used 360 elite going cheap give me a shout

I've bought and sold bulky items on eBay for collection only. I don't think it causes any issues - people searching for those goods generally understand they're going to have to pick them up themselves.
