Please explain. Why do they do it?

I was taking my son to college recently, and l have notice young lads and even adults walk about the streets, with there trousers underneath there backside showing everything they have.

Why is it, it is has they have no belt on, and it looks gross.

Its a 'fashion' thing. Mostly young skater dude type people. Most of them do have belts on, I find it daft looking and surely it can't be comfortable having your trousers halfway down yer butt! lol.

Guess you are too old too understand though

But then again if those young uns viewed some of my fashion mistakes years ago they'd be as bewildered as I am.

It started with prison, then one day, some guy forgot his belt going to work (you can tell these guys are all hard working) and a fashion statement was born.

I tried it once..but as i normally go commando, i got arrested
