Free Running
I have always admired the guys & gals that free run, a true urban sport that takes agility, strength and skill.

At the end of the video they guy has nowhere to go and it's a big drop down. You can see he's contemplating jumping backwards from the ledge.. He he, if only somebody had a xbox controller.

LOL yea I was wondering what the outcome of that last jump was  looks to be a good 20ft to the floor.

I have been running for free for years, since I was a kid (if it's free, and not illegal, I might have done it)
You should see me sprint for a bus, like a gazelle going through the people on the sidewalks.

WHAT??? Running is FREE???? I've always had to pay Big Dave 50p anytime I've wanted to run anywhere. he said it was a 'running tax'....... why, the little.....

In France it's called Parkour, but over here it's free running cos it's free to run in our park....
