Unlocking SE Xperia X10 (legally!)

I've just managed to get my hands on a Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 which is locked to Virgin.

Unfortunately, I'm on O2, so does anyone have any idea on the easiest legal way to get it un,ocked?

TIA

Ring Virgin and ask them. They are obliged to give you the unlock code for no more than £10 if I remember rightly.

Actually, having put my O2 sim in, it's worked right away - it's not automatically recognising my number, but that's not exactly a problem
