Re: Shell petrol station (possible scam)

i am a taxi driver in edinburgh and myself and several others have now stopped using the shell petrol station in wester hailes edinburgh due to the fact that although the price of diesel is cheaper per litre than the bp station nearby on the calder road it always works out to be more per mile!taxi drivers always fill the tank until nearly spilling out so know to the penny the cost of there fuel per mile.most people when fuelling up dont fill it and reset there tripometer so possibly have no idea if they were getting ripped off or not!i would like to take this further and reprt this station to see if someone could investigate.does anyone know who i would contact to report such a problem.

Re: Shell petrol station (possible scam)

I used to work in a Shell garage and we had no control over what the pump registers from the till. It sounds like a scam to me but I've never heard of this sort of thing before.
