I need to descale my machine.
We recommend using Krups descaling powder F0540010 to descale your Dolce Gusto Machine and capsule holder. This can be purchased directly from our online shop or from Wesco on 0845 725 8588. Details of how to descale your machine, and how often, can be found in the instruction manual that came with your machine

Re: Anybody here with a Dolce Gusto Coffee Machine?

Yes.....thanks - we've got that and descaled it.

But upon re-reading the instructions it appears we forot the step which was to hold the power button for 5 seconds.

We're kinda wondering what that step does, 'cus it appears to make the LED flash green! What that actualy means or does we don't know and the instructions are not very clear.
