Campsite suggestions

Does not really matter where it is in the UK as long as its on the coast near a resort or resort town for entertainment ( within reasonable taxi distance from site as I do not drive) and near enough to a train station for the I do not drive reason

Re: Campsite suggestions

There is Vauxhall Holiday Park in Great Yarmouth, its a short walk from the station, and the camp has a bus service that runs from the camp to the bus station in town (near there infamous chip cooked in beef dripping)

Its not the cheapest, but the on camp entainment and facilities mean that you don't have to leave the camp if you don't want to.

Re: Campsite suggestions

Zing have you considered Devon, in particular Torbay? Plenty to do and see, one of my favourite holiday spots. Try here!

Re: Campsite suggestions

You could try the isle of rum:
http://www.isleofrum.com/index.html
free to camp but no fires allowed and a bugger to get there.
you need to get a train to fort william than a bus to mallaig
then use:
http://www.calmac.co.uk/
to get to rum.
One of the most beautiful places I have ever been.
