Proof the DWP are incompetence.
On Wednesday I signed on as usual, handed them the holiday form, which I had to say I was willing and able to come running home if they called (Like fuff now). During this time I was handed a letter stating that I had a 6 month review for 2pm the following day.
On Thursday I went to my review, no problems form that, and I was told that I could have seen her yesterday as she had several no shows
On Friday I recieved a letter stating that my JSA NI based would cease, I phoned up and was told that I must refill out the 40 page JSA application form again and provided all the necessary proof yet again. So i went to my loacal JSA (3rd day on the trot) and they confirmed that I do have to fill out the form.
To make matters worth I'm in the process of cancelling my ISA as I'm running out of funds, and the money was cleared on the 22nd of June and waiting to go into my account which can take upto 5 days (WTF!! Why in the 21st centry is this still happening?). So I cannot get a printed value of the ISA it has been cancelled and the money is in limbo. So I'm having to wait for the money to appear in my account before I can take the form in.
What has annoyed me the most is that when I asked about a month ago what would happen when my JSA NI based ends, they said it would change to the JSA non NI based, and they didn't say that I would have to fill out a 40 page form.
If I had know what crap I would have to go through, when i filled my holiday form I would have said that I'm not willing or able to come home, as my JSA claim end the week I come home.
If I had wasted this amount of time in any of my previous job, I would have been fired long ago.
