Wouldn't bother me, hasn't bothered me in the past when that happened. The lemon juice acts as a battery and powers the muscle in the fillets. these things happen.

No doubt enhanced by being placed on the aluminium foil, the muscle cells will continue to 'fire' until they run out of stored glycogen - a bit scary for anyone who has never seen it happen before, I'd imagine ...

Reminds me of when I was a kid living in Woolwich when we use to wait to catch the bus from Greenwich..There was a pie and eelshop where they kept the live eels in the window..and I would watch them preparing the eels.They would just chop the heads off and the eels carried on wriggling.
Fascinating to a 7 year old..and unlike the YouTube site no one got all worked up about animal rights..At least I knew where my food came from and how it got to the plate.
