Pressure- what it can cause.

We have had a mass murder on our hands, in what happened in Cumbria, the truth is now coming out what probabley cuased it, problems that he had, over a will, over tax problems etc.

The pressure that the human body has to cope with, it is emense, l had a similar problem which led to me going into depression, and nearly killing my wife, when l blew a fuse, and didn't know what it was, l was told that it was the brain was finally gave up and l snapped.

I smashed up the living room, and it was my son who had to restrain me, and l am totally ashamed at what l did.

I could not tell anyone about that man thing, pride, we men can take anything, you go down to the pub and tell your mates about your sex life, football anything, BUT problems you keep to yourself, and try and sort them out yourself, and bang.

What happened in Cumbria was sad, but things like this can happen with every family, but you cannot see it, till it happens.

stress is very unpredictable with how it eventually will affect someone, mostly because every person is different. some people deal with stress by locking themselves away and listening to music for an hour. some talk to people about it. others snap and kill... it's one of those things that still needs a lot of study and time spent on it...

the balance of the mind is very finely tuned ,sometimes people just flip ,but imo its always a good idea to talk about it[whatever it is ] never bottle it up ,that's not the way to beat it .

For me when I have been wound up I lock myself in my room turn on my xbox 360 and load GTA:IV.

Its amazing how the stress goes when ou drive the in game car on the pavement and drive until you kill the car by driving into people, then sit on a roof somewhere with a sniper rifle.
