Does anyone trampoline?
'Thinking' of getting a trampo.
Not a little one, but a proper one - for me.
Have being reading of the health benefits for women of a 'certain age'
I really need to get fit and thought this might be a way of starting.
Any thoughts....?????

baby steps - getting fit at a certain age needs a gentle introduction.

Re: Does anyone trampoline?
We have a 14ft JumpPod. We got it on offer from 123trampolines a year or two ago. Apart from a foot long rip in the safety netting we had to sew back up it`s still in as good a condition now as it was the day we bought it.
It cost a little more than similar sized ones we looked at but it`s a nice big sturdy thing. It needs to be with my lot of course.

15 minutes on the trampo and you`ll probably be wishing you`d just jogged the 15 miles to go swimming & back.

Yeah, but if I got 2 miles out and wanted to turn around..........
If I was at home I could just jump off and have a cuppa or a bar of chocolate ;-)

You`d love it here. We have one and two of our neighbours over the back have them too. Our gardens are all about 100 feet long so the trampolines are a good bit away but there`s still the potential for a fair old racket during the hot summer months.
The pools are noisier i find during the Summer, or the children in them are anyway.A combination of pool and trampoline though.......now that`s noisy.

Asda are selling one at the moment for £96. Think it's 10ft.
