This delightful Sweet Pea mix was launched at Sandringham Flower Show. It's a beautiful combination of red, pale blue and dark blue shades representing the colours of the three armed forces. Brighten up your garden with these colourful, scented flowers and you'll also be supporting Help for Heroes. Suttons are proud to support this charity and we will donate £1.00 for every pack of seeds or plants sold.

Can anybody tell me which colour belongs to which of the armed forces - and why that colour is linked to them?
Can't really find anything online that relates the colours - only stuff found is the regiment colours...

The three colours stand for the three Forces:
Blue for the Navy; Red for the Army and Sky blue for the Air Force.

Red was the old colour of the army, I believe it was used because if a soldier was shot it would show so much.
