Anyone got a Focus ST 225?

Hi,
Long story short, dealer has lost books supplied with my ST. Got home (after a 45 min drive) went to fit the baby seat to find the rear seatbelts set up in a very odd manner! the passenger side seat belt has both sections coming from the same hole IE it looks like someone is actually wearing it but its not clicked in. Any ideas what thats about as I dont wanna look a pratt calling up the garage to ask haha.

look on ebay for replacement books (or get from a ford dealer?)
