Re: Easter Sunday Lunch
Mother in law is popping in after a countryside walk so won't be doing a roast, instead a nice home-made chicken stew to warm her up with loads of chunky veg, chicken still on the bone with some great fluffy dumplings floating on top

Re: Easter Sunday Lunch
Roast Beef, yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes, roast sweet potatoes, carrots, peas, and broccoli.
Washed down with a nice bottle or two of red wine.

Re: Easter Sunday Lunch
We are going to my parent's for a Turkey Roast with all the trimmings (much like Xmas dinner)... Makes a nice change because we don't usually do anything special. I'm really looking forward to it!
Jo...save me some crumble...mmmm

Re: Easter Sunday Lunch
We've just been handed a huge piece of ham (gammon), so i think we'll be having that with some honey roasted veggies and roast potatoes on Sunday.
Followed by plenty of booze

Re: Easter Sunday Lunch
Probably a big chicken roast with yorskshire pudding, glazed carrottes, parsnips, a chestnut stuffing, gravy, roast potatoes, and maybe even some bread sauce.
