I'll be spending the day thinking about the special Mums in my life, and wishing that I could speak to them all today. Unfortunately some of them are no longer with us, some of them I've lost touch with, and some of them I can't speak to today no matter how hard I might wish. You're all in my thoughts though, each special and wonderful in your own way.

re: Happy Mother's Day
Our three little angels made this for their mum at Sunday School this morning. It was going to be a picture of her until they found a moustache in the novelty decorations pack, and now it's ... well ... not sure, but it was tasty.
I have been told to reiterate the fact that Mrs T does not have any hair at all on her upper lip.

re: Happy Mother's Day
Never understand why people "forget" Mothers' Day.
Took my wife breakfast in bed (croissants, OJ, and fresh brewed coffee), then the family went to church, then took my wife, mum-in-law, and daughter out to the Bingley Arms in Bardsey for Sunday lunch (foreverwar jnr couldn't attend, as he was working).
It doesn't take much effort to show some care (imho) - not just today, but everyday; otherwise, people feel taken for granted (again, imho).
