Sony Walkman Artist

Right, my walkman is really annoying me as when you go into artist, it was displaying the contributing artist rather than the album artist.

After a bit of googling I found a site which says that if you delete the contributing artist tag then it would pick up the album artist. I gave that a shot but now it just shows all the tracks as having unknown artist.

So is there an easy way that I can set the contributing artist tag to be the same as the album artist, with out having to edit every album?

I use tag and rename, will say later where I got it.
I'm doing a N+ online course at the moment.

I have uesed this to edit MP3 tags for my W910i Walkman phone.

You can even edit them in Windows Media player.
