I have a hole in the side of my sofa. I tried to sew a leather patch on, but it looks Can't seem to find anything on here about a patch or leather repair kit. Had a looked around on the web and found an article http://blog.proleno.com/2009/11/scra...-leather-sofa/ about a site called www.mastaplasta.com. It's seems good, but would like to know if anyone has heard of or used it Help PLEEEEZE

Re: Leather Repair

Our cat (damned cat) clawed ruddy great holes in 2 leather sofas... I used leather from the back of one to make patches... but as you say they look naff.

As I wax my sofas, I think a lot of prep would have to be done to stick one of these things on properly.

Anybody want a cat?

When we got our present sofa (leather) I put double sided sticky in the usual cat scratching places and bought a scratching post, after a week or two they decided it wasn't worth the effort of getting stuck and use the post all the time now.

It does look a bit obvious that patch
