I did get some numbers and a name off the framework of one of the windows
The name stamped on the metal framework is Saracen (I assume www.saracenwindows.com)
The number seems to be a quality assurance tag

B S 7413 2002 SS 04 09 26 04 05 03
BS 7413 seems to be some British Standards number and I assume 2002 is when they were manufactured.
No idea on the rest.
I've emailed Saracen to see if they can offer any advice.

Saracen is the lock manufacturer
